Surrounding Yourself with Positivity

Surrounding Yourself with Positivity

Good morning Sunshine!

The daily trudge of life can get weary, even for the most positive person, (I can attest to that). When you need to recharge, try to surround yourself with positivity. This can be people, a place(s), things, words or ideas. Recharging your energy is always needed in order to keep going. There are no "written" instructions to this life and how we can maintain it, but there are clues given to us in the form of positivity that we can take with us along our journey.
Positively speaking of course, this can very well take a minute to ingest. If you are not use to doing or being positive on a continuous basis, please by all means start small and work your way up. For example, just breathing exercises can come into play for about five minutes or so; enough time to take a fleeting moment for yourself. Another example would be to have a website/blog/book where you can read a few passages to take your mind off of other things (worry woes for example). A brisk walk helps, even if it is down the hall, around the corner, and back to your desk.
The monotony of the daily trudge gets us all into a routine that we can sometimes dislike. It may not always be school, your job or the people that you work with or encounter that you don't like, it could be the routine.
Give your routine a little spice action - change it up! Try and do things differently from day to day, starting with when you wake up. This builds character and can build a positive energy flow. Surround yourself with positivity from day to day and from time to time. The benefits go far beyond the day.
Make it a great one family!
